• United States:
• Standard Shipping: $15.00 (7-12 business days).

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Once your item has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
4. Remote Areas
Please be advised that deliveries to remote areas or rural regions may incur additional shipping charges or experience slightly longer delivery times. We will contact you directly if your order is subject to such conditions.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
KESS 77 is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
